Shipping Policy

- We strive to dispatch and deliver your orders as efficiently and promptly as possible.
- Standard shipments (excluding customized products) are typically dispatched within 4–6 weeks, depending on your location.
- Customized orders are usually dispatched within 7–8 weeks.
- In rare situations due to unforeseen conditions, product dispatch timelines may extend up to 24–25 weeks.
- All items are delivered securely in sealed packaging or boxes. Open-box delivery is not permitted either by The Global Living or by our shipping partners.

Delivery
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, the typical delivery window within India is 7–10 days. Actual delivery times vary based on location and logistical factors.
Upon shipment, we will send a notification to your registered contact details, specifying the dispatch details and the logistics provider. Where applicable, you will receive tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment directly through the respective courier’s website. Tracking details, if available, will be included in your shipment notification.
Despite our efforts, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed, as they are dependent on our logistics partners. On certain occasions, delivery may take longer due to circumstances such as:
- Severe weather conditions
- Transportation/logistics delays
- Political disturbances
- Other unforeseen operational challenges

To the maximum extent permissible by applicable laws, The Global Living shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or goods arising out of delays in delivery.
