Customised Order Policy

A customised order refers to any product designed and manufactured based on specific requirements or preferences provided by the customer. Such products may vary in terms of design, colour, dimension, size, features, finishes, or any other specification provided by the customer. Items not listed or displayed on our platform/website will also be treated as customised orders. Due to the additional effort, resources, and time involved, customised products are generally priced higher than standard
products.

Terms & Conditions for Customised Orders

• The term customised signifies that the product is produced exclusively based on the customer’s specifications.
• Once the order details are confirmed and accepted, production begins immediately. Therefore, the order cannot be cancelled and the payment is non-reversible.
• Note: Under exceptional circumstances, if cancellation is approved, refunds, if any, will only be processed after deducting charges incurred by the company. These deductions may go up to 75% of the order value. Once the customised order has been dispatched, no cancellation or refunds will be entertained.
• Full advance payment is required for customised orders, similar to regular orders. Payments for customised orders remain strictly non-refundable, as manufacturing begins immediately after confirmation.
• Due to the unique and non-standard nature of customised products, dispatch timelines are longer than regular items and may take approximately 7–8 weeks. In case of any delay beyond this period due to unforeseen reasons, our customer service team will proactively inform you.
• We prioritize delivering superior craftsmanship. To ensure the highest quality, adequate time is required for production, refinement, and quality checks based on your specifications.
  
• The company is not obligated to share step-by-step manufacturing updates once the order specifications have been finalized and acknowledged by the customer.
• Once the order is confirmed and payment is processed, no modifications or alterations to product specifications will be accepted.
• Every order—whether regular or customised—holds equal significance to us. We take great pride in our workmanship and manufacture each item from scratch, ensuring premium quality and attention to detail.
